For those who don’t know me, my name is Deerest
Deerest has written her own music since the age of eleven, exploring songwriting and other arts while homeschooled in Wales, until she began studying, recording and performing in college. Deerest was inspired, in particular by video games to tell stories, and began pursuing a career in game audio and voiceover production.
However, she discovered that the passion for music and performing was still reaching for her, and with the support of her online community and her fellow musicians, she reached back.

In 2025, Deerest starting putting together a band to create her debut album. This album consisted of songs written between the ages of 14 and 21. Some lyrics and melodies were revised in pre-production and during recording, but the core moments and memories of discovering who she is are captured, completely, in music.

Deerest’s community was largely built through her Twitch gaming streams, where she fostered a love of RPGs, storytelling, and creativity. This community is formed of friends from Wales, England, the United States, Canada, South America, The Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, Lithuania, & more. Deerest still makes time for streaming RP-minded playthroughs, check out the streams @MyDeerestDivine
